The Kent Regional Service Commission takes charge of garbage collection in its territory*. We want to improve the waste collection service while saving money.
You can consult the following document for the schedule of the curbside residential waste collection.
You can also enter your home address in the search engine below to find your very own custom collection schedule.
Collection of dangerous household waste
The Kent Solid Waste Commission coordinates two annual collections of dangerous household waste, usually in the spring and fall. The deposit site alternates between the Kent municipalities and these areas can be found under the hazardous waste section.
How to use this schedule:
- Make sure to enter your full address in the search engine above.
- If you live on a provincial route (ex. Route 115), you will have to type in New Brunswick 115 for it to find your address. Here’s an example: 7714 New Brunswick 134, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, New Brunswick.
- If the pin on Google Map doesn’t fall exactly on your home address, make sure that it is at least in the appropriate community. If it’s not the case, contact us and we will find you and alternate address that will give you the right info.
*We are not in charge of the waste collection in the municipalities of Bouctouche and St-Antoine as well as in the First Nations of Elsipogtog and Indian Island.
